Selling a home from overseas has many challenges, most of which I did not foresee when I decided to put this property on the market. Fortunately Debbie’s expertise and dedication made the process so much simpler than it would’ve been for me otherwise. Excellent communication from Debbie meant I was constantly kept in the loop of what was happening, and Debbie certainly has gone above & beyond in arranging various tasks such as gardening, cleaning, building inspection etc to ensure the property was presented in the best possible way for open homes, which ultimately resulted in an offer which I was very happy with.
