We went to market on February 2025. A couple of weeks later our new RV was released by the council - it had dropped by $70,000. This forced us to rethink the expected selling price of our property. Stu worked with us to re-evaluate our expectations. Its fair to say we didn't always see eye to eye, but he was always patient and understanding.
