She was very helpful in getting our ducks in order to be able to buy our West Melton home as first time home buyers. Through the whole process, Stu was incredibly helpful and supportive providing fantastic insight into the housing market. We were first home buyers and Stu walked us through the process of house hunting, buying, and securing! It was fantastic to have Stu help us navigate the different buying processes like Auctions, Deadlines, and Negotiations. Having him on side as a buyers agent was ultimately the reason we won our dream home. Stu knew the market and anticipated the actions other buyers would take to make sure we could move fast and negotiate to win the house! Stu is well connected with other agents and companies which served us well in being able to organise private viewings that suited our schedule.
