It was absolutely amazing working with Lauryn and Shelley. They put everything into having the selling process comfortable. We contacted Lauryn after our property had been on market for over a month with very few people come in for viewing. Shona organised staging furniture to assist in obtaining a best price and added detail touches which we would’ve thought of, all of which would’ve no doubt helped with obtaining the best sale price. Shona estimated sale price was accurate & more than our independent valuation. We were updated daily with feedback Shona was able to competently navigate with any issue including EQC & Trust issues that arose.

We worked with Lauryn to find our new home in the South Island. We had an idea of what we were looking for but finding the right spot was challenging. Lauryn was very patient and between visits to view houses we kept a spreadsheet together to keep tabs on what we wanted to see. Lauryn booked all the houses in, open homes, private viewings, off-market homes etc. and helped us make the most of our time in town. Lauryn listen carefully to our housing needs and wants, isolating the ideal properties for us to view. She was patient through the several weeks and multiple houses that we viewed together, bringing in options that were not yet on the market, giving us the time advantage on other buyers.
