Lauryn met us by chance while we were outside the Harcourts offices. She was on her way to a showhouse but had no problem introducing herself to us and offering to meet up with us to take down our home desired information. Lauryn was friendly and attentive while taking down notes. She was open and honest with our expectations. Definately a people person! A week later she had lined up 2 great houses for us to look at, of which we put in an offer, a little negotiation it was accepted. A great service from Lauryn! Love that she set up a communication group on Whatsapp so that she could chat to us at the same time. She kept us in the loop all the time, even was available one night late when we needed help. I would not hesitate in recommending her to anybody looking for a home.
