When viewing 13 Ascot we appreciated the friendly and open approach of Jan Booth. She made us feel very welcome and eagerly answered questions. Or if she didn't have the answer then and there would get back to us promptly. She took the time to let us have an extra long look at the home even after viewing time was over to really absorb the property. She has been prompt with all responses no matter the day or time and is approachable at all times. Btw the card, champagne and biscuits post purchase was much appreciated too!
