Have used Pat previously on our beach house so we already knew he was great at what he does. Pat goes the extra mile to get the best price and best buyers. Delight to work with, enthusiastic and always has a positive outlook whilst being very professional.

Miranda is down to earth person , she is lovely person to deal with and puts you at ease .
Her knowledge and professional skills with people is highly recommended . She puts her clients at ease and takes stress away . I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling . She was a pleasure to work with , we had a great outcome of selling our property with her . Very efficient and hard worker .

Friendly, professional and upfront agent for both seller and buyer
Miranda was great to deal with as a buyer which is not often the case with real estate agents. As buyers we feel that she gave us her time and effort to make sure we were informed about the property and process. Her follow-up months after the sale process was complete for seller and buyers was excellent. Highly recommend Miranda as a knowledgeable local agent.

The bays best realtor!
Miranda is hands down the best realtor in the bay, throughout the years she has helped us so much that she has become like family. When buying through her she is there by your side day and night. Easy to deal with and has a real way with people. And then when selling with her - wow. Absolutely blew us out of the water not once but twice she exceeded our expectations. Miranda is kind, fair and extremely knowledgable. Every-time I see someone needing a realtor I 100% recommend Miranda.

It can be somewhat daunting selling a property if you have never been on that side of the hammer before. It was very reassuring to work with a team that had years of experience and made you feel at ease throughout the whole process. I found Dirk and the team a pleasure to deal with and want to give special mention to Sam Watherston whom I had my primary dealings with. I found Sam honest and informative throughout the entire process. Sam worked very hard to achieve our goals and was easy to talk to. Dirk was always available for the expert advice given his time in the industry and I feel both Sam and Dirk complement each other making a great team. Huge thanks again guys I have no reservations in recommending team Dirk for any persons looking to sell a property in the future and trying to find the right agent to get things done at a stress-free high standard.

My review of Miranda Horan, EVES Realty
Miranda Horan from Eves is honestly the most lovely Real Estate agent. I can honestly say that I have used Miranda 3 times, and every time she has proven as lovely, efficient, quick and honest as the first time. I would never ever choose anyone else to help me buy or sell a home. She is truly the BEST real estate in the Papamoa / Mount Maunganui area. She is efficient, quick, reliable and she’s honest. She will work hard for you. She doesn’t take on many properties at once so she has plenty of time for her clients, which I just love, she’s through and Miranda is always available whenever you need her. If you ask her for documents she emails them thru in a flash and you never have to chase her for anything, she's just 'does it.' She's worth every dollar.
