Wow - how lucky were we to find Amy during our hunt for a new home?! We made the decision to move to the Bay from Northland right before the country was put into lockdown. We had thought we would be spending weekends travelling south to look at open homes and getting a feel for suburbs, instead we were stuck in the North, viewing properties online and getting frustrated by unreturned calls and emails to agents. The market was moving fast, so we found that we were missing out on properties simply because we weren't there and we had no one looking after our interests in the area.
