The A team. We are very fortunate and blessed to have Ethan and Joy help sell our family home. We were working with another agent but started getting frustrated as the weeks/months went on, due to the lack of service and results. I met Ethan at an open home and loved the way he worked. We contacted Karl long before we listed our house asking for some advice. He was accommodating and helpful. When we were ready to list it, we had no hesitation in engaging him to sell it for us. Our house was on the market for just under 4 months before it sold unconditionally, and all the open homes went well with many of our target demographic showing up week after week.
