Enthusiastic and Persistent Deal Making
We had a great experience with Cherie (and Lisa) as the real estate agents we purchased our home from. They were great advocates for the property. It was a real pleasure to deal with Cherie and her team. From helpful suggestions on presenting the home to assisting in the preparation of the open homes, nothing was too much trouble. Relentlessly positive she followed up all prospects answering even the most difficult of queries and concerns. Regular in depth feedback on the open homes meant we got a real appreciation on what the market perceived what the properties' strengths and weaknesses were. This allowed us to to focus on the optimum buyer and property value. Cherie never lost focus on achieving a result and pulled out "all stops" to keep the property fresh in the market.
