Karl was very professional and good at keeping us informed. He was easy to contact and replied to messages straight away which was good. I’m not sure that his knowledge of the Beachlands property market was all that good, although it is a moving feast so hard to keep track of. Unfortunately, we overpriced our property to start with which meant that we had no interest in it when initially marketed. It was only when I suggested a huge price reduction that we had any offers and a consequent sale. That was disappointing as we live in Christchurch and didn’t really know the Auckland market so were heavily reliant on Karl’s advice. Karl did immediately sort out any issues that arose after the sale had been confirmed.

Cherie was very helpful from the word go. I first met Cherie when viewing another property at least eight months before. Cherie remembered me straight away which was very encouraging. Her knowledge of the property was extremely helpful and made me feel quite at ease. As I live in another region and was looking to move back to Auckland Cherie made the buying process as easy and accessible as possible. Overall being away from Auckland through the whole transaction I felt like I was in safe hands and knew that everything would be taken care of.

After 30 years as an agent I thought it would be hard to find someone I fully trusted and could work with especially in an area where I knew no one. I searched the different companies in the Howick / Pakuranga area to see who was selling the most properties in a soft market. Cherie and Lisa really stood out as extremely successful . I was selling my sisters home and needed agents who could hold her hand but also have strong personalties and act professional and wow they took to the task and followed through on every detail from keeping in touch and being completely honest throughout the entire program. I have worked with alot of what I would call ordinary ok agents but there's always one or two that stand out but very hard for the vendors to find who gives the bestservice and acts proffessional from start to finish and both Cherie and Lisa came out with flying colours. I am so pleased for my sisters sake that I found these two ladies . A great team.Highly recommended to anyone thinking of selling.
