We commissioned Harcourts to sell our three-bedroom property in Howick. This proved to be a tough journey, but Cherie and Lisa took the challenges in their stride. Aside from the location on a busy main road, the economy was in recession; interest rates were high; competing properties for sale in the vicinity; all making proceedings challenging. But Cherie and Lisa’s professionalism; street wisdom; and Lisa’s multi-linguistic skills found a wonderful purchaser for us.
