Cherie was recommended to us from Paul, who was our Property Manager whilst the house was tenanted. He said she had many years experience and knew the area very well. Upon meeting Cherie and Lisa, her PA, they came across as warm and friendly, and we felt we could trust them to market our house to get the best possible outcome. I cant recommend Cherie and Lisa highly enough. After 34 years in the same house the idea of selling was quite daunting but they guided us seamlessly through the whole process. We contacted Karl long before we listed our house asking for some advice. He was accommodating and helpful. When we were ready to list it, we had no hesitation in engaging him to sell it for us.
