Got the end result. Had the house on the market for 18 months, but only with Ginny for approx two months. She was driven and committed. Negotiated with both the Buyer and Sellers to get the end result. Worked long hours - available into the night (negotiating at 10pm) to get the deal over the line. Ginny has a lovely open, transparent approach. She will tell you what she really thinks - refreshing and knows the market. Recommendation to all sellers - watch Ratemyagent video - establish and know your zones (No, OK and Dream zones). We achieved the middle of the OK zone, which we are happy with, especially in this tough market. Whilst Ginny didn't know our zones, it helped give her direction on what was and wasn't going to be acceptable. Louise and Brendon moore .....At the beginning of my journey I was extremely skeptical of real estate agents. I stated to Louise 'I know I am just another person and house in your line' Well this could not be further from the truth as I found out. Louise and Brendon are down to earth what I call gumboot people, they worked with me every step of the way, always ensuring I was in control and fully informed at all times. There was nothing false or pretensive about them. I went through my home sale alone with no support so it was extremely scary at first. They are of high moral coding , what they say they are going to do they do. They gave me confidence, support and I trusted them totally. ( this was someone very skeptical at first) They appreciated my efforts and thanked me. They are animal lovers even called my old cat to give him a stroke. Communication was very open explaining anything I was unsure of and aiding me on IT issues as I struggle with technology! They are now continuing my journey with me in helping me to purchase a home knowing my needs ( priority my furry friends 3 cats) making time for me in their busy schedule. Our experience as the buyers of a property listed by Simone was absolutely wonderful. Simone pulled a miracle to get us in to see the house on incredibly short notice, and then continued to grind away to get the purchase across the line. Being based overseas, I was a bit concerned how the process would go. Chris kept on top of things, offered advice when it was asked for, and we met quiet a tight timeline to get the property sold. I would say he went out of his way and covered off a few things the Vendor would usually do on my behalf. Great service.
