We listed lifestyle property with Scott knowing the property market was experiencing a severe slowdown after boom times ex Covid and that to achieve a sale we would need a Real Estate Salesperson that was absolutely in sync with Vendors. This was achieved with Scott. Scott works 24/7 at selling lifestyle properties, and maintains full control of the entire sale process, even though he maintains his direct support staff, he always seems to be available and hands on to answer phone calls, texts, emails, social media and most importantly does all his own open homes. Scott worked tirelessly for us and after 6 months our property was sold at a very acceptable price to us as Vendors. We would highly recommend to anyone selling a lifestyle property in the Franklin area to have a chat with Scott as we place him "head and shoulders" above all Real Estate Companies and salespeople operating in this market.
