Got the end result. Had the house on the market for 18 months, but only with Ginny for approx two months. She was driven and committed. Negotiated with both the Buyer and Sellers to get the end result. Worked long hours - available into the night (negotiating at 10pm) to get the deal over the line. Ginny has a lovely open, transparent approach. She will tell you what she really thinks - refreshing and knows the market. Recommendation to all sellers - watch Ratemyagent video - establish and know your zones (No, OK and Dream zones). We achieved the middle of the OK zone, which we are happy with, especially in this tough market. Whilst Ginny didn't know our zones, it helped give her direction on what was and wasn't going to be acceptable. Ginny was working in a team: Jade Wallace and Sophie Broadman - all provide great support to each other.
