Patient and Encouraging
In a very difficult market where there were far more homes for sale than buyers looking, Greg and Trudi were a great choice for us. Not having sold a house for 28 years, things were a lot different for us and we needed lots of advice. They were very helpful and gave lots of encouragement when time was going by and we were feeling a bit down. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a team effort where they might need someone to go the extra mile.

Team Ashby....The Best
It would be hard to find a better combination than Trudi & Greg, if you are looking for a couple that have a better knowledge and professional approach to marketing and presenting your property to potential buyers. They are also fun and friendly to work with, with excellent communications, at every step on the way. They go above and beyond to ensure that the best outcome is achieved for both the seller and buyer. With a wealth of knowledge and contacts Trudi has made the stress of selling a house very easy for us, the seller, keeping us informed at every stage of the process. It has been a pleasure to work with Trudi and Greg.

Passionate and honest team.
We had first contacted Sebastian and Joanne to help sell our property after the 2023 floods. We ended up getting council buyout. This is when they went above and beyond by helping us find our new home after 16 months. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for them both. Sebastian is awesome
Sebastian is an amazing human! He organised the sale of our property for us while we were overseas. He's committed and dedicated to his work, and prioritises the interest of his clients. He's honest, and has personal integrity. He communicates effectively including prompt and regular updates ensuring we were fully aware of whatever was happening through out the sale process. We couldn't have asked for more. He's awesome and for that we're thankful!
