Trustworthy and marketing genius! Sets the standard for getting results.
I bought the house with Inder 20 years ago and then i realised that he is the guy who has been selling the entire area. So just like he knows me, Inder knows the other people living in the area, he knows the houses, he knows the buyers and best of all he knows how to market to them. Inder pretty much described the buyer profile and I just followed all his instructions including when to sell, how to prepare the house, what not to do and exactly how the marketing was going to happen. He even gave me a heap of pointers about where to get good deals on staging and the benefits of refurbishing the right things. I still remember when i bought the house, Inder was in touch to see if everything was ok, even though he was acting for the seller. Thats just pure professionalism right there and now i can see why he is someone we can all trust.

Professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with
Inder is wonderful to work with, professional very knowledgeable in his field of work and a pleasure to deal with. We built great rapport with Inder which made everything very smooth. Coming from a place where we had very little knowledge of the processes in terms of buying a first home Inder has helped us a great deal to understand the process and to assure us with any aspects where we were worried or did not understand. I feel one of the most important things is to be transparent and upfront especially with such big things like buying a home and Inder was exactly that so 100% recommend anyone looking to buy or sell property to contact Inder.

Best In The West !!!
We trusted Bruce and Dale with the sale of our family home of 43 years, and they carried us expertly through to a successful outcome. They guided us through the first deadline-sale stage, and when the struggling market didn't draw an early sale, moved with us into a second stage, where we set an asking-price based on a collaboration of our wishes and their in-depth knowledge of where our property sat in the local market. Excellent experience
When I decided to sell my house a friend suggested I get in touch with Inder Tak who became a very informative man, He was very friendly which helped me as I was on my own. My house was sold in two weeks and he even helped me with my new house. When he was overseas he phoned me to see how I was doing.
