From day one Sebastian's enthusiasm never waned. His honesty was evident and appreciated in our regular communications. Trudi and Greg were first class from our initial meeting to the day we sold. I couldnt recommend them more highly and they will be the first number I call next time I think about selling. I was selling my first home so it was a very new experience for me; I was able to lean on their industry knowledge throughout the process which made a big difference for my stress levels. It was particularly helpful approaching auction time to talk through the various scenarios and know that they had a very strong handle on the process and regulatory requirements. They provided clear advice and thoughtful considerations so we could make the right decisions for us. There was a lot more involved in selling than I had anticipated which could have been rather stressful but we were able to lean on Trudi and Greg with regular communications, very structured updates and their always positive and calm demeanour. After each week of open homes Trudi conducted a debrief with me with a structured report, data, insights and considerations which helped me feel like I had a good awareness of how our campaign was going. The campaign that Trudi and Greg managed significantly outperformed the current market and we had significantly higher interest and registered bidders at the auction than I had expected. I firmly believe that Trudi and Greg made us money on Auction day because of the relationships they had built with prospective buyers and the extra lengths they had taken to make connections with people.
