An awesome agent who delivers!
Trudi Ashby, a very pleasant, dynamic person devoted to helping you. Not only did she aid me find the place of my dreams by making a special, but small letter box drop on my behalf. But then, once found she took on the job of selling my place aided by Greg, the other half of the team. After a few weeks it was sold, all due to the experience and hard work put in by Trudi. Totally recommended without hesitation. However, Trudi doesn’t like large spiders for some reason?

High expectations exceeded!
We knew Trudi was amazing after dealing with her five years ago, so she was the first agent we called to when it was time to sell our home. Somehow, she blew our high expectations out of the water. We needed a good price in a slow market; somehow she nailed this for us within 3 days of listing. What more could we ask for?! Her communication was outstanding, and always cheerful. She was always quick to answer even inane questions, and even helped us out with our out-of-area purchase. We constantly felt ahead of what was happening and confident she had it all under control. Going the extra mile - keeping us informed - getting the price we needed despite conditions that are challenging for everyone. Everything was easy with Trudi. What an outstanding, stress-free experience!

Great buyer experience
Trudi had great communication with us throughout the whole process and never made us feel pressured to make a decision. When going to open homes she gave us time and space to look around without bombarding us with questions or any pressure to put an offer on the house. She was always happy to help with any questions we had which made the whole process less stressful. We would definitely consider working with her again in the future and would highly recommend using Trudi as an agent when buying your next home.

We had gotten to know Trudi and Greg fairly well over the buying process...they listened and really understood what we were looking for (and we certainly had a wish list).... When the perfect home came up and I was out of town, Trudi called, excited for us and we signed the contract that day without even entering the property based on our relationship, our trust in them and a few phone calls. Incredible service, patience and TLC for which we are very very grateful. When we did view the home, it was of exactly what we had been searching for! Well done Team Ashby and much appreciated XO.
