At the auction every buyer knows that they may revise their offer as often as they wish. As a buyer, there’s nothing worse than being told that for another $1,000 you could have bought the property. The auction process is open and transparent, and all buyers decide where they see value. The winning buyer, and their bank, take comfort that in winning an auction; they paid only a margin more than others were also prepared to pay. This transparency of true market value is way better than any sealed envelope process where buyers and banks always wonder if they over paid. Chance viewing turned into a purchase.

We initially called in to view a property we weren’t particularly interested in but wanted to cross it off the list, Greg quickly pointed us toward another home just five minutes away that better suited our needs. Trudy was already there waiting for us when we arrived, and that ended up being the house we purchased.
