Following a very stressful time with Auckland Council and our Red sticker Cat 3 home , we were very lucky and thankful to find a house through Bruce and Dale, in an area and community which provided us with the opportunity to settle into what we hope will be our last home. It is perfect in location, size, manageability and with family close by, very comfortable.
