Only regret is that I was presented with an offer very early with an open home, I didnt take it, thinking a better offer might come along. Trudi told me it was a good offer, I should have followed her advice. Perhaps a warning for other buyers. Don’t dismiss an early offer. And do not get greedy. Listen to the market.
