Outstanding results on several occasions after using Jane from Burmester Realestate

Jane is hugely experienced and very thorough in her approach to all aspects real-estate. We have been fortunate to have used Burmester realty on several occasions both buying and selling rentals and homes with great success. We would recommend Jane to anybody with real estate needs . If we could Jane 10 stars on this site we would. I have particularly enjoyed the good-natured banter and stick which she can give as good as she gets. Thanks Jane for another great result.

Thank you, Jane!

After months on the market with another agency and no results, we asked Jane if she could take over the sale of our property. Boy, did she ever! With her knowledge, energy, enthusiasm and amazing team of stagers and photographer, by our second open home we had multiple offers, and a couple of weeks later, a sale. Jane is extremely professional, but at the same time a delight to work with. She values open and immediate communication between not only vendors and herself, but also with prospective buyers. It was this transparency that helped ensure our sale. I highly recommend Jane Burmester for anyone wishing to sell their home. Thank you, Jane.

Breaking the mold. A perfect experience from a flawless agent.

Let me preface this review by staying that my opinions of NZ estate agents and the games they play are nothing short of scathing. Having had the intense misfortune of dealing with 2 other local agents before meeting Jane, she was a breath of fresh air. Straight to the point, knowledgable, intensely keen to find me the property and all around a great experience. Don't waste your time going to anyone else in these parts, just give Jane a call.
