Agencies in Maungatautari, Waikato

Direct approach , regular communication via phone and email, almost daily. Had to put in a lot of extra effort to deal with a difficult/ dishonest vendor that didnt disclose a few serious items that have since come to light, but the agent managed to get us the house on a verry short turn around/settlement, at a good price for the area, where another agent didn't come close.

Aimee is the best. She strives for perfection. She made us work hard as vendors, and she matched that with a super strong work ethic herself. The marketing of our property was perfect. She helped us to shape up and bring our lovely home to the level that achieves the best sale price. She gently but effectively tempered our expectations. She worked with integrity and laser-focused dedication to getting us the right price. We made the right choice in choosing Aimee to sell our home.
