I had a 'short list'of about 20 properties I wanted to view. Holly made me sit down and explain what I wanted and needed and then we went through some of my current wish list. Holly said to give her a chance to do her own research and a couple of days later, she reached out and told me she had a couple from my list of 20 that she thought were worth viewing and met my needs. She also had a couple I hadn't seen or thought of as potentials. The first one I saw I fell in love with immediately and signed a contract for a great price that day. We were looking to purchase in Auckland with specific criteria. Had multiple agents say they’d help us, most we never heard from again. But Darnell was amazing!
