I asked Michael to be our real estate agent because I liked how friendly and approachable he was. He was dependable and I knew that every time I called to ask any questions, if he couldn't talk right away he would get back to me very soon after. He was very thorough and kept me in the loop at every step. We didn't end up getting the price that we initially wanted (due to current buyer expectations and time pressure to sell) but Michael did his best to get it to a point where we were both happy.
