We decided to go with Matt as our agent because he approached us with a realistic yet optimistic view on our property. He had a great understanding of the market. We listed our subdivided house and section with Matt prior to new titles being issued which caused many questions and headaches through the campaign. Matt stayed calm and worked tirelessly through what would only be described as a unique/hectic 3-week campaign. Darnell is fabulous. Knows her market. Knew exactly who the buyers of my house would be and what I needed to do - or not do - to get it sold. So many other agents try and sell you this and that, but Darnell was really clear about what was needed and what would be a waste of time/money. She gave me a realistic expectation of what she thought my property was worth and she delivered on that. Stayed in touch and kept me constantly up to date. Also, just a genuinely awesome human being.
