Rita has sold two properties for us in the last two years. On both occasions she has found successful buyers when we thought it would be a hard job. First time was due to an extended time on the market with an unsuccessful agent. Second most recent was with a tenanted property and an untidy tenant. Rita went the extra mile by turning up early and ensuring the home was fit for the Open Homes. The tenant also restricted access which also made selling more difficult. Rita soon found a purchaser who came in with a very low offer and she worked with them to get the offer into our ball park for sale price. Rita is extremely communicative, friendly to work with, goes above and beyond to achieve a sale and absolutely our go to agent for the Auckland North Shore market.
