Exceptional experience
Sidd, just like how he helped us while selling our house, was incredibly professional, hard worker and personable when buying as well. Excellent experience having Micheal Swarbrick as my agent.
Micheal was recommended to me by a trusted friend. Initially I asked Micheal for an appraisal of my property. Micheal's appraisal was very accurate which I thought reflected his knowledge and experience in the changing market. I sold my property at a difficult time, however Micheal was able to stay confident and focussed on getting a good result for me which I'm very happy to say was the outcome. MIcheal was always exceptionally polite and helpful through out the entire sale process and just a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Micheal to my friends and family.

Flawless from start to finish
