Michael and his team were fantastic at preparing and selling our property especially as we live overseas and were not able to be on hand to get the house prepared for sale. Michael and his team looked after everything once our tenants moved our from Staging, to marketing, to dealing with all interested buyers all while keeping us in loop regularly with Zooms and emails. The entire team were hands on from the beginning and nothing was ever an issue even the 12hr time difference. Michael and his team were always happy to answer our queries and any question we had. Our house sold as per Michael's expectation which really proved to us he knows the marketplace so well.
