The challenge: To sell my mother's house in Tawa when I live in Christchurch. The solution: Employ Tamsin as your agent! Not only does she know the market she is amazingly helpful. Tamsin organised for the carpets to be cleaned, excess furniture to be removed, building report to be done etc, and then went around to the property to let these people in so I didnt need to fly to wgtn to oversee them. Tamsin is also an excellent communicator so I always knew what was happening at each stage of the process.
