As this was our first home, we had no experience with selling property and felt quite daunted by the task as we live almost 2 hours away. We met with a few agents but when we got in touch with John, we knew he was the right man for the job. John knows the current property market inside and out and continually communicated with us ways we could improve the presentation of our house for the best possible outcome. John liaised with tradesmen, our property agent and us with a sense of ease and confidence that we were very impressed with. It meant that we could relax as we trusted him to handle all of the situations that came up. There were a fair few! We had multiple offers for our property and were incredibly happy with our final settlement. We did not expect such a high offer and know that without John’s dedication, we would not of had such a fantastic outcome. We cannot recommend John highly enough!
