As this was our first home, we had no experience with selling property and felt quite daunted by the task as we live almost 2 hours away. John knows the current property market inside and out and continually communicated with us ways we could improve the presentation of our house for the best possible outcome. John liaised with tradesmen, our property agent and us with a sense of ease and confidence that we were very impressed with. It meant that we could relax as we trusted him to handle all of the situations that came up. There were a fair few! We had multiple offers for our property and were incredibly happy with our final settlement.
