We were first time sellers and discovered that it was proving rather difficult due to the property being a 1990 Monolithic Cladding house, and out invasive building report showed some warning signs. Due to our issues we were on the market for twice the average selling time, but Tamsin was always able to help us through the ups and downs we faced with multiple offers and various issues that forced parties to have to withdrawal from a near completed purchase. It was a bit of a Rollercoaster ride but Tamsin was rock-solid there alongside us and as a first timer she really went the extra mile as I would flick countless emails and Txt's her way and she always gave us great calming and sound advice. House buying is a rather stressful event, and in today's market, decisions have to be made quickly. Tamsin was very helpful throughout the whole process. We are currently living overseas were unable to come home to arrange selling our house because of Covid. We contacted Tamsin (on the back of a recommendation from a friend) and said we needed someone who could help us get the place ready for the market, listed and sold!
