Tamsin was friendly, customer focused, accessible and stayed engaged with our project even post conditional sales. She worked hard to finalise the sales and kept us informed of progress. Nothing was a problem and didn't seem phased at any stage of the engagement. Working with Elman they brought a blend of skills that certainly achieved our objectives. In summary, we enjoyed working with Tamsin and would recommend her to other residential sellers. Verified by RateMyAgent

2nd time we’ve worked with Tamsin to sell a property and 2nd time we’ve had outstanding service. She found us the right buyer at the right price and to be fair it was not an easy to sell house. 6 beds and all! There’s not much more to say - Tamsin is choice!

House buying is a rather stressful event, and in today's market, decisions have to be made quickly. Tamsin was very helpful throughout the whole process. There was prompt follow up after the open home, and after we decided we wanted to try get this house, she provided us with all the details required. I had sent a few miscellaneous questions via text, and she was quick to respond. She was open/honest about the market too. I would highly recommend Tamsin, for her professionalism, and diligent attitude.

We are currently living overseas were unable to come home to arrange selling our house because of Covid. We contacted Tamsin (on the back of a recommendation from a friend) and said we needed someone who could help us get the place ready for the market, listed and sold! She took control of everything for us and was able to link us into all the necessary people to assist ranging from painters, house-staging, building checks etc. The outcome was amazing - house looked awesome and best of all sold for an absolute premium. The communication from Tamsin throughout was fantastic and we are so happy we choose her as our agent.

Selling a home can be overwhelming, but Tamsin's practical and friendly approach helped give us confidence every step of the way. From start to finish, she provided us with all the right information at the right time. When it came to open homes and managing offers, Tamsin and her team kept us well informed - they were flexible, decisive and we feel kept both our needs and those of the buyers in mind when advising us, which we really appreciated. The tools and marketing OneAgency have available were a real deciding factor for us in signing on. In particular, we think that the tools OneAgency use for the offer process make it a really transparent process for vendors and potential buyers. It also meant that we had instant updates on all offers and conditions, which helped us to manage expectations and our own plans. We would gladly recommend Tamsin and her team!
