Tamsin has been nothing short of an amazing Real Estate agent for us and we could not recommend her highly enough. When we made the decision to move cities around the Christmas holiday period within a tight time frame, we anticipated that selling our home would be the most stressful thing to contend with. Instead, the process was smooth sailing with Tamsin at the helm. Tamsin put us at ease right from the get-go and her people skills especially impressed us. It was reassuring that potential buyers had someone of Tamsin’s calibre to help guide them through the buying process. We also found her to be a professional, trustworthy and hardworking agent who was well connected in both the industry and the local community. As for the bottom line, when it came to both sale price and time frame, once again Tamsin delivered well beyond our expectations! If you are after an agent who goes the extra mile and won’t steer you wrong, then we would definitely recommend you give her a call!

I was fortunate enough to have Tamsin leading the sale of our very unusual house in Hinau St. With no comparable properties in the area (an 8 bedroom, 2 kitchens, and 2 bathrooms boarding house), and Covid making life near impossible for viewings - we weren’t sure it was possible to sell at all. Tamsin never had a doubt that if a buyer was out there she would find them for us. Not only did she find the perfect buyer for a boarding house but she exceeded our expectations on price and conditions of sale. Tamsin took the sale of our property personally and treated us like family. We loved her professionalism and ability to stay focused on the outcomes that were important to us without rushing to a quicker, easier sale. I’ve bought and sold 10 times in the last 15 years and Tamsin has been by far the best agent I’ve worked with. If you want expertise delivered with empathy and excellence, it’s Tamsin - no contest.
