Tamsin brokered the purchase of my new property at 112 Oxford Street, Tawa, Wellington. I found her easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable about the Real Estate Business. She was always polite and ready to answer any questions that came up during the processes and if she didn't know, she found out and got back to me promptly with the information I needed. She explained all documentation in detail and I felt informed at every step of the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tamsin for the sale or purchase of property.

We would thoroughly recommend Tamsin to anyone wanting to sell their house, in fact we wouldn’t even consider any other agent because she showed great expertise and professionalism throughout the whole process. We were tasked with selling my mothers home after she had moved into a resthome. We didn’t have a clue as to where to start and Tamsin skilfully guided us through the process, regularly keeping in touch a providing guidance where needed. From start to finish she organised cleaning the house and carpets, staging the house, organising curtains and the list goes on. Nothing was ever too much for her . She sorted out several tricky issues as they arose. She is a warm caring and thoughtful person as well as being a great communicator. We totally trusted her advice and loved the way she looked after us throughout the whole process. Tamsin has your best interests at heart throughout the whole journey and we are so thankful that she was recommended to us. Why would you ever consider another agent! Thankyou Tamsin.

Our house went on the market around the same time the market took an unexpected dive after years of highs. Tamsin remained focused on selling our house no matter what! Her advice on how to get the home ready for sale was particularly valuable, as were her contacts for staging and the builders report. I'm not a great fan of salespeople, but Tamsin breaks the mold. Thanks for all you did for us, Tamsin.

Tamsin went above and beyond to get this house sale across the line, with the market changing rapidly towards the end of 2021 into a buyers market this did not change the way in which Tamsin operated. Always keeping us informed of open homes, potential buyer feedback and willing to listen and adopt changes we requested. Fantastic service and she wont let you down!!

Tamsin has been an absolute star, helping us to get through the purchase of this house. We didn’t make it easy for her but she took it in her stride. Incredibly patient and insightful, showing us how to find answers to and solutions to any issues we were having. She kept us informed, gave us space when needed and offered advice to help the process along. I fully endorse Tamsin as an agent.

Tamsin was knowledgeable about the market and put in place a strategy to market my property across the summer break and a negative shift in the market. She was open and honest about things as they happened and worked hard chasing up interested parties to effect a good outcome.

Tamsin is the best agent that I have ever dealt with as Tamsin went over the extra mile and was there when we required her to do anything. Nothing was ever out of the question and Tamsin was 100% professional thought out the sale. I can not recommend anyone else better in the current market place.
