She always gave clear advice (and comparisons to other properties in the area) and never set any unrealistic expectations (regarding timeframe or price). Communication was always quick too. John is one of the best realestate agents I have ever had business with. I bought the house from John a couple of years ago, he helped me a lot to get me a home settled, because of this, when I was selling the house, I immediately thought of having John's service again. John has been a very possitive hand to get things started all the way to the end done right. He always knows what to do and provides the best advices. He helps whatever possible in many ways. He also has great patience in his heart even there was troubles that brought issues from the sale, and has more intellegence to make suggestions to make things go on the right direction. Apart from his professional services, he is a good friend. His persenality and sense of humour make working with me into a great joyful expierence. I would be looking forward to having him and his services again by the next time I start looking for another house to buy.

Back then, Tamsin was the best real estate agent we engaged with - her levels of communication, positivity and knowledge of the property and the market really stood out to us. Due to our timeframe, we watched the Tawa Real Estate scene for a few years before listing our property, especially so as the market cooled. Tamsin stood out as consistently listing and selling properties during this time. Right from start of our listing, Tamsin confidently led us through the process with up to date information and a clear strategy and goal. We were kept well informed throughout the listing with weekly reports containing marketing data, feedback and inspections. Her clear style of communication was appreciated - she is sincere and straightforward, while being warm and easy to get along with. When the listing gained momentum and offers came in, she was calm, clear and across the many technical aspects of a purchase and sale agreement. She capably managed vendors/buyers/lawyers involved at final offer stage whilst keeping everyone informed. At each step we had total confidence that she could secure the goal, which she delivered. We came to the market with a unique property when things were slowing down and properties were taking longer to sell. This meant it was a much longer process than either us or Tamsin had initially thought. Tamsin was great at keeping us informed of where the market was at, feedback from viewings and 'thinking outside the square' to come up with ideas to find prospective buyers. She gave us options but did not push us into anything. She dealt with prospective buyers in a considered way - following up regularly but without being pushy. She respected our situation and provided plenty of notice before viewings. Her communication was excellent - very prompt to get back to us if we had a query. She followed through with all aspects of the process, and kept up beat in situations when people who wanted to purchase couldn't make it work (with a difficult finance and rising interest rates market). She worked hard, with a calming and patient approach, during negotiation, thinking creatively about ways to reach agreement. Once a conditional offer had been reached she continued great communication with both purchaser and vendor - almost daily during the conditional phase, and continued to liaise and communicate throughout the process through to post settlement. Although Tamsin was acting for us as vendors, we were also purchasing at the same time and although we were not purchasing through her she was able to provide some information for us and help us through the process. If you want a calm, knowledgeable and respectful agent who 'tells it like it is' but also listens to what you want and keeps working at getting a sale then Tamsin is the one. Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, more so in the current market but the process is much smoother with Tamsin working with you.

Tamsin was so easy to work with, she has a lovely relaxed calming presence. In a market that had changed she was realistic with us from the get go but still valued our blood sweat and tears we had put into getting our house ready for market.
