Tommy is by far the best agent we have dealt with in Wellington. We've had the pleasure of working with Tommy as both a buyer and seller. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and the epitome of a deal maker. We have absolute confidence in his ability to get things across the line. If we are looking to sell or buy property in Wellington in the future, we will be calling Tommy. Thanks heaps for all the hard work you've done for us Tommy!!

Liz is so good to work with. She keeps you informed and up to date every step of the way. Her level of professionalism was outstanding, and Liz works collegially to give the vendor the best possible experience and opportunity. We had a great journey thanks to Liz and would not hesitate to recommend her moving forward.

Patrick was solid from the start. He was astute with clever insights, yet really down to earth and shockingly honest and upfront (rare in the REA field....). In the end, he not only sold my house but we (my partner amd I) used him to find our next home. He seemed to "get" us, and knew instinctively which houses would be a good shout without simply innundating us with all the generic houses in an area for a set budget like most agents do. And when it came to negotiating both offers from the buying and the selling perspective, he helped keep all the plates spinning to tick off all the conditions in a very tight timeframe and corresponded well with all interested parties. This is where a good agent can really help with the process. This is my 5th house deal and I don't recommend agents willy nilly. I wholeheartedly recommend Patrick.

When I started thinking about buying a house, honestly, I didn't know where to start! ( Probably my partner had a better idea). We met Patrick at the first open home we went. Although we didn't buy the house, (well that was our first open home we went!) he gave us great guidance then. Here we are, we now got such a perfect home that we cannot be happier with. Patrick is very approachable. He made me feel welcomed asking the most basic questions ( instead of making me feel anxious like others do sometimes!). He has made suggestions and advises otherwise we had no idea. And, most importantly, we are really thankful that Patrick was very honest all the way. His communication skill set is impeccable to say the least. Thank you for walking alongside of our journey throughout, This experience is something I will remember for a long time, Kia ora rawa atu, e hoa!

Having dealt with Alice on the purchase of this property, when it came time to sell, she was the first person we though of to help with the process. Alice's knowledge and enthusiasm are second to none so the sale went seamlessly even in the current tough market. Thanks Alice - we wouldn't consider anyone else for the job!

During a hard market it was a difficult time to sell. Alice not only secured a timely sale in these tough conditions but, talked us through the nuances of the process in a clear, and professional manner. We never felt out of the loop with consistent updates on new developments within the sale process. She is not only a good sales person - she is a good communicator.

I cannot recommend Tommy Prescott highly enough! Selling an apartment in another city seemed like it would be stressful and complicated—but thanks to Tommy's professionalism, expertise, and incredible dedication, the entire process was smooth and efficient. From our very first conversation, Tommy impressed me with his knowledge of the local market, strategic pricing advice, and clear communication. He took care of everything—from marketing the property with beautiful photos, to handling viewings and negotiations with total confidence. Despite the distance, I always felt informed and supported. Tommy was incredibly responsive and proactive, keeping me updated at every step of the way and offering honest guidance I could trust. Tommy is a true professional and an absolute gem. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful sale feel so effortless and successful!

I was the purchaser in my transaction with Tommy. I found him very helpful, insightful and he replied quickly to my numerous email queries. He was courteous and patient, and I’m very happy that he was involved with my purchase of that property. Jess
