We knew from Day 1 that we were dealing with a high calibre agent - Ramon has a very positive vibe that is very hard to miss. He gave us just the right level of detail that we needed to know about the property, he was very kind and patient. I guess he knew that the property can speak for itself without him overselling it too, and we liked that about him. We engaged Ramon to market our apartment based on previous experience we had with him selling our units. The property market is very tough nowadays with prices dipped quite heavily. After several open homes, Ramon brought us an offer that was well below our bottom line, so we're mentally prepared to keep the apartment and just bear the advertising cost etc, not expecting the buyer to move an inch.
