Sam and Ben were very easy to work with, knowledgeable about the sector and the local area, and super quick to respond to my many first home seller questions. I worked most with Sam, and he was very friendly, communicative, and kept me up to date with developments. He worked very hard to promote the house & show people through - as did all the Tommy's staff - and I was pleased with the number of viewings. Normally when people say 'above and beyond' they don't mean it however with Paul and Helen it's 100% accurate. Paul and Helen stuck with me over the entire process of assessing my house, advising on what needed to be fixed, helping me fix bits and pieces, and staging the house too. They also helped me with the emotional rollercoaster that was the whole process and I am so grateful. When searching for my new house again Paul and Helen were there to help me, advise me, give me honest opinions, view houses late at night, in the POURING rain, and last minute. We recently sold our house and purchased a new apartment, and we couldn’t have done it without the outstanding support of Tim and Tommy. The sale of our house was handled smoothly and efficiently. Tim gave great advice on pricing and presentation, which helped attract serious buyers quickly. Communication was always prompt and transparent, and we felt supported and well-informed throughout. The purchase of our new apartment came with some complex technical challenges—issues that could have easily derailed the sale. Tim managed to get the deal done, working with the sellers to resolve everything required to satisfy the banks for financing. Tim also helped by discussing a ‘cross over’ rental agreement with the sellers while the financing and settlement process were being sorted out. Thanks to his persistence, we’re now happily settled in our new home and loving it!

Angela possesses in-depth knowledge of the local market. Communication with her was excellent. We left the house to her for a few months between moving out and completing the sale.
