I always thought real estate agents just opened doors and told people how many bathrooms a house had but Billy and Tommy have proved me to be wrong in my view on this and I will be forever grateful. In such a difficult market they went beyond what I expected which with the price of fuel being so high and those high end European gas guzzlers they drive I was thoroughly impressed. 10/10 would recommend.

Preceding our recent property purchase, Tommy managed us through several property enquiry and prospective purchase processes in several central Wellington suburb locations. His timely responses to questions and requests for viewings, etc, were outstanding from day one. His transparency, and deep technical knowledge of construction based on his own professional experience that he is so ready to share, enabled us to "click" from the get go. Our interests and requirements in properties were not that straight forward, and bounced around from one opportunity to the next that Tommy was able to introduce - from properties requiring large to small renovations, to full demolition and rebuilds. Tommy "got" what we were after. Tommy was proactive in introducing new opportunities, but patient in allowing due consideration of property proposals, offering his honest advice where needed, but if it was beyond him, referring us to other parties and professionals (planners, builders, specialist lawyers, etc) readily available to assist. Tommy is truly across the central Wellington market. Our completed property purchase was a "quiet sale" process, which Tommy introduced and gave us the opportunity to consider, and facilitated the most straight forward sale purchase negotiation we could ever have imagined.
