When I decided to put my house on the market I was looking for a company that could get it sold quickly at a fair market price. Alistair's presentation indicated that he had a good appreciation of my situation, and had a well thought out marketing plan. He had a keen understanding of current market conditions and knew how to leverage the unique features of the house to generate buyer interest. He advised me to invest in obtaining reports that would provide assurance to first home buyers, and an advertising campaign that would provide maximum reach. Alistair was confident and enthusiastic without being pushy, and explained the technicalities of real estate marketing in language I could understand. He provided guidance on how I should stage the house, and kept me motivated to complete the tasks necessary to make the house more appealing to buyers. Tenders closed two and a half weeks after the house went on the market with offers received, resulting in a sale being achieved a few days later. The price was right in line with my expectations and I have to say that Alistair delivered what he said he would... a quick sale at a fair price. He is a true professional and an all round good bloke. I would recommend him to anyone with property to sell.

We chose Sam as our agent because of the depth of his market knowledge, his enthusiasm and ultimately because he was friendly, down to earth and we felt we trusted him. We were right! Sam gave us good advice leading up to the house going on the market and even made himself available when we were unable to meet a tradesperson. Throughout the process Sam's communication with all of us was excellent - he gave us plenty of notice of viewings, and regular feedback on potential purchasers' responses as well as any issues.
