I invited Dianne and Aiden around to inspect my house in view of selling. I’m very happy with the way they explained the process and options available, to my son and I. We decided on a realistic price and and I was really happy that with Dianne’s hard work we got that price! I’m more than happy with the way things were handled , excellent communication from Dianne. was happy it sold so quickly, and looking forward to the freedom of renting. We first met Dianne in Oct at a different sale. We talked about what our budget was and what we were looking for. At the time there wasn't much around that would fit into out budget. After a few months we met her again at 37 ANZAC St, and it was a the prefect home for us. Anytime we had questions or were unsure on anything she would be more than happy to help us with our questions and helped put us at ease in buying our first home. I cannot recommend her enough.

Kia Ora, Dianne was extremely helpful and really worked around my busy schedule. She took the extra time to look at and understand what I was looking for and touched base when something along those lines became available. Alot of communication was through text, call and email as I travelled for work alot of the time so really catered to my needs in every way. She's also has a beautiful and understanding ahua!
