However all was handled well when we put a realistic fixed price on the property Jenny's negotiating skills got us what we asked for, which was considerably less than value indications given on sign up but to be fair was where We thought realistic for the condition of the property Praise is due for people skill coz I got grumpy a couple of times and She dealt with that really well Way to much texting when a simple call would and only in my opinion would be alot easier Regards Rodney Wilson

Exceptional Service and Support Throughout the Entire Selling Process

I was initially very hesitant about selling my property again, as my previous experience with a real estate agent had not been positive. However, when the time came to sell, I chose Katie because I considered her to be the Mahia expert. From our first meeting, Katie was well prepared, providing information on past and current property sales in the area, along with different sales package options. She immediately put me at ease and explained every step of the process clearly. Throughout the entire journey, Katie kept us well informed by both phone and email, right through to the final sale. Her support and professionalism continued even on moving day, when she came to visit us. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking to sell their property.

Professional but Ultimately Disappointing Experience

We chose to work with Katie because she helped us purchase the land originally and had also previously sold another property for us. Given her strong presence in the area, we felt confident she would be the right person to help us through the sale. Unfortunately, the experience over the time it took to sell the land was disappointing and, at times, quite disheartening. What we struggled with most was the lack of communication and engagement throughout the process. Updates were infrequent, and in most cases, communication was initiated by us rather than Katie. There was very little sense that our property (or us as clients) were a priority. Selling land is understandably different from selling a house, and we appreciate that it can take time, but we still expected to feel supported and informed along the way. Instead, the process often felt impersonal and disconnected. By the end, even after the sale finally went through we didn’t receive so much as a phone call to acknowledge the result, congratulate us, or thank us for our business and patience. After such a long journey, that really stood out. We stayed with Katie because she dominates the local market and we felt we had limited alternatives, but overall, it was not a positive experience. We had hoped for a more genuine level of care, communication, and professionalism throughout what was a significant and emotional process for us.
