I knew Kerry had years of experience and a great knowledge of the property market and it was obvious. She is a great communicator and was professional at all times.

We would like to recommend Dianne and Aiden Holland as great landagents from "Bayleys" to anyone in our home city of Gisborne. Their quiet confidence and reassurance as we progressed through the selling stages was a great comfort during what is usually a stressful time. Their updates were regular and planning ahead always saw great. Thanks again for a splendid sale Dianne and Aiden.
Dianne Holland
Kerry was fabulous, her pricing of the property was “bang on” effecting a relatively quick sale and her guidance on the process was clear and accurate. Thanks Kerry!

Very helpful and understanding of my needs. If I move again I will be asking Aiden and Di to sell my house

Dianne was fantastic working with us as first home buyers. Knowing the market and the property she answered any question we had and made sure we had a strong understanding before moving forward. Dianne helped us massively and we hope to buy and sell with her as an agent in the future. Thank you.

A big thankyou to Kerry and Jo who helped us through the tender process and even went beyond the norm to provide some presentation dressing to our home as we moved out of town and had very little furniture left for the photos or open homes.

Nikki is well informed with regards to the local rural area pros and cons. Nikki is very welcoming and accomodating with arranging viewings at short notice. Being from the rural sector herself , she assisted in guidance to the purchase of a rural property. Nikki kept us well informed on the communications /responses from the previous owners, always promptly I must add. Nikki was happy to assist in any questions which I posed via text, emails and phone calls. Thank you for a great experience.
