Agencies in Waipaoa, Gisborne

Without a doubt, Dianne & Aiden Holland at Bayleys Gisborne have gone above and beyond. Gave good advice prior to marketing. Suggested I 'dress' the house and it was well worth it every cent. A 'dressed house looks so much better than an empty one. Great communication throughout and despite the soft market, I got a great offer and I'm pleased the new purchaser will enjoy my home of over 20years. Settlement process was easy thanks to Sally H at GSL. Dianne was so accommodating and easy to deal with. Thanks Dianne, appreciate all you did for me.

Kerry and Jo were fun to work with and were able to answer all my questions.

As above, honest, transparent and not pushy.
