We first met with Michael to discuss possibly putting our house on the market. Three weeks and one open home later, the Sold sign was up! Had built a rapport with Anton Peleman who was part of Michael Rae’s team over the last year or so, whilst looking for a house for my sons to purchase. He got to know what we were looking for as we were on the market too and kept an eye out. He was genuinely excited when he thought he’d found the perfect match. We meet with Tony at a property we had seen that day, the accommodated us and met us at the property that afternoon. Tony was fantastic to deal with, down to earth and straight to the point. Tony was not pushy and just let us get on with looking at the property pointing out features. We have dealt with many agents in the last 20 years who have just been too much and try to get the sale and not see the person. I would deal with Tony again.

Direct approach , regular communication via phone and email, almost daily. Had to put in a lot of extra effort to deal with a difficult/ dishonest vendor that didnt disclose a few serious items that have since come to light, but the agent managed to get us the house on a verry short turn around/settlement, at a good price for the area, where another agent didn't come close.

Stephanie's communication style at all times was reassuring, and timely in her responses, while demonstrating a sound knowledge of her market.
