Punctually perfect, reliable and kind team.

I was dealing with Micheal Rea’s team, specifically Chris Hughes, a huge help never missing a beat when advice was needed. All appointments met on the dot and he was clear and punctual when discussing terms and contracts. Helpful snd encouraging with all decisions without being pushy or overwhelming. can’t recommend these guys enough. Honest, transparent and trustworthy. Above and beyond

Vish is quite the character! Buying a property is never completely straightforward, but Vish went the extra mile for us and helped make our dream home a reality. Our situation was certainly not as simple as most property purchases, but Vish worked methodically and relentlessly with multiple parties to keep everything moving and ultimately get it over the line. The way I look at it is this: **Would I want this fella on my side when it comes time to sell? Absolutely.** And honestly, there aren't many agents I'd give the time of day to. Vish is a great guy, a bloody hard worker, incredibly easy to deal with, and genuinely goes the extra mile. I'd have no hesitation recommending him to anyone buying or selling property. Great communication and advice.

After having our house on the market with a more cost-friendly agent and seeing very little movement, we reached out to Michael to see what he could do differently. He took the time to explain exactly how he would approach marketing and selling our home in the current market, and why investing a little more in the right agent could make all the difference in achieving the price we wanted within our timeframe. We were impressed with his knowledge, strategy and communication. Not long after it hit with market with Michael and his team they had an offer on the table and shortly after, that SOLD sign went up!

Was very responsive to all requests, like extra viewings. After hours contact. Very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend Chris. Had a good knowledge of the property and showed us other properties in our price range.
