The team who helped us through the process of buying our first home were absolutely amazing. Communication was always excellent, and they took the time to talk us through everything, helping us understand the market and the different types of properties and homes we could consider. When it came to making offers and navigating contracts, they were incredibly helpful in explaining everything and making sure we understood the conditions involved. They were always so easy to communicate with and made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel much more manageable. The team was always proactive and obviously very knowledgeable and we really appreciated how well they were able to communicate that knowledge to us when we had no idea what we were doing! Carolyn was fantastic at answering our calls and following up whenever we needed anything, while Gavin and Trina were brilliant at explaining everything clearly and supporting us through all the different (and sometimes unexpected!) turns that came with buying our first home.  We genuinely couldn't recommend the team more. They were knowledgeable, supportive, responsive and a pleasure to work with. We are so grateful for all their help in getting us into our first home!

We couldn’t recommend Jackie and Cat enough. They helped us with both selling our home and buying our next one and were amazing the whole way through. Our house took a bit longer to sell than we had hoped because of the market, but they did everything they could to get us a result. They kept us updated, and always reassured us when we started stressing about it all! Trying to sell one house while buying another definitely had its moments, but Jackie and Cat kept us calm and made the whole process feel a lot easier. We’re so thankful to them both for helping us get there in the end and into our new home. Would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling!

Nothing has been too much trouble, we don't live in Blenheim yet and he has done very well answering questions from afar.

Our purchase wasn't as straight forward as we would have liked but it wouldn't have happened at all had it not been for efforts Nick put in! A deceased estate with old neighborly disputes which required Nick to be the middle man between at least three parties on any particular day. Nick did his utmost best to keep in the loop with evening that was thrown at him even after hours or when he was in different parts of the country trying to have a break. I would happily and highly recommend Nick to anyone!

What made Keegan stand out was his down to earth nature. He knew his stuff was professional and communicated very well. I find this first attribute missing in many as they are more concerned at their own image and oneupmanship rather than positive help.

Keegan was outstanding, nothing was too hard. Even when sick, he was always on the end of the phone to answer our queries. Made us feel like people and not just another house he’s trying to sell, no question was treated as stupid. Communication was very good throughout.
