Glenn's communication style made it very easy for us to work with him as he was very patient and not only gave very helpful advice but made you feel that you were listened to. An example of this was when we set the original price at the maximum of the suggested market value. Even though I feel, Glenn knew with today's market it would be hard to sell at that price he listened to our reasoning, supported our choice and persevered until we realized for ourselves that our original asking price wasn't realistic. Even though this was an Estate Sale through the Public Trust Glenn always kept us informed, following up after every Open Home and when offers were made. Glenn also worked very hard at helping us achieve the price we hoped for and when the successful offer was made used his extensive knowledge and experience to successfully negotiate with the buyer to drop the price only a little to meet their lending agency's expectations. Overall, I am very thankful to Glenn for his hard work and dedication to us as his client in making the selling of my late father's house a less stressful experience. We would definitely recommend Glenn as a very professional, honest, and trustworthy Real-estate Agent.

Our purchase wasn't as straight forward as we would have liked but it wouldn't have happened at all had it not been for efforts Nick put in! A deceased estate with old neighborly disputes which required Nick to be the middle man between at least three parties on any particular day. Nick did his utmost best to keep in the loop with evening that was thrown at him even after hours or when he was in different parts of the country trying to have a break. I would happily and highly recommend Nick to anyone!

Keegan was outstanding, nothing was too hard. Even when sick, he was always on the end of the phone to answer our queries. Made us feel like people and not just another house he’s trying to sell, no question was treated as stupid. Communication was very good throughout. It took a while, but Anne's assessment of the market proved valid. There were one or two hiccups which were negotiated without affecting the ultimate deal. So good on you Anne for assisting holding the purchaser's interest when it could so easily have been lost.

Mala was extremely warm and friendly from the first moment we met her. Mala was so accommodating and never rushed us to make decisions. Mala was informative and very kind especially under nerve racking times and was a calm presence to both myself and my husband.
